Rate of Early check-in from 00:00 to 7 a.m. is 100% of room rate (room is guaranteed), from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. is 50% of room rate (possible only upon availability of rooms).

Guests are required to provide an identity document.

Children and extra beds

Accommodation of the third person in rooms of the categories “Junior Suite” and “Senior Suite” for adults and children over 5 years costs 500 UAH per day. The room rate includes breakfast at the restaurant of the Hotel, 7% VAT. The accommodation of children under 5 years is included in the room rate for parents.

The cost of breakfast in the hotel restaurant is 310 UAH.

Pets

Pets up to 10 kg – 700 UAH per day.

Cancellation / prepayment

Guest can cancel the booking till 6 p.m. on the day of arrival with no fine. If the cancellation was made after that time, the hotel has the right to implement 100% fine of the room cost per night.

Additional information

The price is stated per night in hryvnias (UAH) including 7% VAT.

Tourist tax is charged additionaly acording to the resolution of Kyiv City Administration 2019 January 31st № 2/6658):

For domestic tourism in the amount of 28,40 UAH per day
For inbound tourism in the amount of 71 UAH per day

* Travel tax is charged according to the Tax Code of Ukraine (Art.268 p. 2.1. and p.7)

The payment has to be done in national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia (UAH). The hotel accepts the following forms of payment: cash and credit cards Visa, Euro/Mastercard.
